Into The Octagon

The API portion of the project allows users of the site to purchase MMA event tickets from Ticketmaster as well see the top MMA schools and gyms in the Houston area via Google maps. The markers on the map are custom and by clicking on them a window appears that gives basic information about that location.

The home page features a MMA sports ticker with live updates, a top MMA fights highlight video, and various MMA entertainment content.

Event Information And More

Mixed Martial Arts, boxing and other sporting events can be be found here. The events are continually updated via Ticket Master API. By clicking on the desired ticket image, the user can get additional information about the event as well as purchase tickets.

Map data supplied by Google API. Customized MMA fighter glove map marker icons and popup windows with location details and hyper link gives the viewer information needed to make an informed decision when choosing a local MMA school or gym.

Not only will you find Mixed Martial Art schools Google ratings, addresses, and websites on our site map, you can also see if their is anything else of interest near by. It is a Google map after all.
